Dataset from this form is owned and managed by the Teach for the Philippines’ Program and Training team. We are committed to protecting personal information and respecting the privacy of the data subjects included within this tool. When designing and executing data collection initiatives, we take the necessary steps to ensure that the information provided to us is processed fairly and in accordance with the law. All information contained here will not be shared externally unless approved by the Data and Impact Assessment Team and/or Teach for the Philippines’ Data Privacy Officer and will only be used for the purpose of operations, strategy formulation, and anonymized for the purposes of evaluation.
